Porn site wants to become jersey sponsor in Italy

It's getting pretty porno in Bella Italia!

The porn video portal Pornhub will provide an Italian sports club for financial highlight and jersey sponsor. Whether football, volleyball or basketball - no matter! Only Italy it should be.
Pornhub-Vice Corey Price: "We encourage all eligible teams to submit their application. We can expect to work with the winner hardly. The only condition: No team member may be under 18".

This could be a great innovation for the Italian football league because the advertisement is likely to be worthwhile for all parties. For the publicity Pornhub will bear all the expenses, which the club makes. In football, this could mean many millions of euros. But is this ethically right? Many football lovers are under 18, this could mean that the team who gets sponsored from Pornhub might not get full TV rights, since the TV channels are afraid that underaged people are looking TV. This might influence the advertisement. But we don't know if this will happen, because there are no recent advertisements of a porn-industry in the football, so it can go either way. And if there is no background information, the change for both businesses might be extreme, since both might benefit, but also both might fail.

But why should an italian football team and pornhub make an agreement on sponsoring. While the strategy of pornhub is to competite with other porn-sites, the football team tries to make money out of it. I think that they would not care so much about their image then because in football nowadays, money plays a big role.

Kraft 'in $40bn takeover talks'

Kraft and 3G Capital in $40bn takeover talks: reports

The company behind Burger King and Heinz is reported to be in talks to buy Kraft in a deal that could value the US food giant at more than $40bn (£27bn)

Kraft is one of the biggest food companies in America with a share price of $61.32 and worth 36bn. It is famous for it's cheese. Kraft owns since 2010 Maxwell House Coffee and the choclate maker Cadbury, which Kraft bought for 11.5bn pounds. Now Kraft no longer owns Cadbury after looing it to a company called Mendelez, which also own Toblerone e.g.. Wall Street Journal and Financial times rumours that 3G is in "advanced" talks to make a deal with Kraft for mare than $40bn. 3G is the company who bought in 2013 the company Heinz, which makes the famous ketchup after teaming up with Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway.

When this would happen that 3G buys Kraft, Both companies might be up for a big change. 3G is a company which is smaller than Kraft and is loosing shares at the moment. When they would buy Kraft it might change negatively on both firms. Kraft might not be used to be bossed around by a smaller company which owns them now. And 3G might not have the experience to work together with such a big company.

Also innovation plays a role in this issue, because Kraft might be much more innovative than, and 3G might learn from it and use it for themselves, but then ethics plays a role, because is it ethical right to buy a company for many billions to use them for their innovation?

At least 3G might need 2 new strategies, because they onw Kraft then, they probably also need to make strategies for Kraft themselves to reach their goals. The other strategies is for 3G, so they can reach their goals.

Airbus 380

Airbus is with Boeing the best construction company for airplanes in the world. Airbus made the A380, which is the most known plane in the world. The A380 is from Airbus, and just one product of many. They made other known airplanes like the A320 series, which include the A318, A319, A320 and the A321. But there are also other ones, like the A330 series. Their main seat is in Toulouse.

Airbius was founded 1965. Airbus was created by many german small firms to create one big one with all their ingeniers working together. After a few years also the famous airplane fokker joined Airbus. Their goal was to bring competetive airplanes to the market next to boeing and McDonell Douglas. Nowadays they reached their goal and is together with Boeing the best airplane makers with distance in the world. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/de/a/a0/Airbus_Group_Logo.png
The slogan of Airbus is "leading aircraft manufacturer", which is also their goal. They had another slogan, but the company virgin atlantic had airbus removed theirs because it was copied, but there was never proof. Till 2003 their slogan was "setting the standards" and changed their slogan than into "New standards. Together." This was their motto till 2009, then they changed it again, but the slogan was then removed by virgin atlantic, but stayed anyway till 2012. Then after 2012 their slogan is "leading aircraft manufacturer. http://www.slogans.de/slogans.php?BSelect[]=3605

The sales of A-380 are growing. At the moment there are more 747 from Boeing, but not for long anymore because companies are they all replacing them for the A-380, because of the modernity. So Boeingshould as quickly as possible made another plane which could be concurreny of the A380, because the shares of this airplane is shooting into the stars. Airbus has much more companies who want the A380 than they can build.

A380 firm net orders and deliveries

Deliveries A380-800 1 12 10 18 26 30 25 30 1 153

The target market of Airbus of the A-380 is obviously big airlines like Lufthansa, British Airways or AirFrance. Their target market are big airlines, because the A-380 is quite expensive, which only big airlines could afford. The other thing is that small airlines anyway wouldn't buy the A-380 because they are more flying nationally instead of globally. Airbus also chose the big airlines, because they all have the 747, which are actually they're the main planes of big airlines, because they have a big capacity and can fly around the world. And because the 747 is in the past in criticis, big airlines are buying the Airbus 380.

In this market, airbus has only one competitor, wich is Boeing. Airbus and Boeing are with distance the biggest airplane constructors in the world. It might be that Boeing has a better share on the market at the moment, but it is always different. It almost changes every month. There are ofcourse also other airplane constructors than Boeing and Airbus, but not as big as those two. So it is nearly impossible for a new company to get invloved with Boeing and Airbus, because they already have the experience, technology, image and ofcourse money to build the best airplanes in the world.

Super Bowl 2015

Super Bowl 2015: Watch All the Commercials From This Year

The superbowl is one of the biggest highlights next to the champions leugue final in the world. The superbowl 2015 had more than 112 million viewers over the whole world. A 30 second advertisement costs about 4.5 million dollars. But it's worth it, because this means that more than 100 million people watch the advertisement.

This is about strategy. You need to have much money and the company needs to be famous when it really should work. And strategy is important because they should act wisely, because 4.5 million dollars for 30 seconds advertisement is eally expenisve, even for big companies. Also ethics plays a role. Is it ethical right that a channel who already has 112 million viewers, which will be absolute record in America and the channel makes already so much money by the viewers. So is it ethical right that the channel cashes in other millions by a 30 second advertisment. At least also globalisation plays a role, because all the people in the world is watching this. So companies have the chance through advertisement for 30 seconds to present thier product aorund the world.

China stocks sink on lending curbs

China's main share index fell by the most since 2008 after authorities cracked down on margin trading, where investors borrow cash to buy shares.

China's main index crashed. It had fallen 8%, with banking stocks among the worst-hit. It was that index where investors borrow cash to buy new shares. Now the investors can't get borrow new money for three months now, which is terrible for the economic in China, because the bought of shares are a main income, and shares can't be bought because the investors cannot borrow money to buy new shares.

When China's main index crashed, China couldn't do business with other countries. This affects globalization, because China is one of the countries with the biggest economies because of their population. Now China needs to find a new way to balance that icome which they normally have from the bought shares. This has to do with strategy, because they need for the next 3 months a new source of income.

Shares in Li Ka-shing's firms soar

Shares in Li Ka-shing's firms soar on re-structuring plan.

Shares of property giant Cheung Kong Holdings, and investment holding firm Hutchison Whampoa, surged on Monday in Hong Kong after a restructuring announcement.

The richest person of Hong Kong anounced last friday about his two major firms. His shares in Honk Kong were as much as 14% in afternoon traing on monday, and Hutchison Whampoa's shares had surged more than 12%. Chung Kong owns both firms. The firms are "multi-national conglomerate" and is operating in more than 50 countries.

This has to do with globalisation, because the firms are multinational and they operate in more than 50 countries. This post is also about strategy, because his shares went up by 14% and 12%, which has something to with his strategy which worked.
